Do you have a standard test to evaluate my level?At Build A Dev, we believe that if you work consistently for the duration of our 90-day program, you can be an industry-ready developer irrespective of where you began on day one. As a consequence, there is no standard test but we do have an optional fundamentals course that we strongly recommend you take to build momentum before the start of the program.

What is your admission process?Our admissions process is made very simple. You simply apply before the admission deadline and get ready for the start of the program. There is an optional fundamental course that we highly recommend you take, but we will be covering it in the program as well.

What does a typical week look like?Build A Dev is focused on consistent but short duration of daily learning. Our week is designed to run every day. We have one hour live and interactive lectures that run Monday to Friday. On Saturday, you have a 1-hour lab with your lab group and assigned instructor. On Sunday, we focus on technical interview prep and practice technical interviews to help you become an interview wizard. Lectures run Mon-Fri from 8pm EST - 9pm EST (Toronto time). Labs and Technical interviews run Saturday & Sunday from 7pm EST - 8pm EST (Toronto time).

What is the typical workload like?On top of attending your live, daily lectures, labs and techncial interview sessions , you should also expect to have daily homework and projects due monthly.
